This policy explains what information AIPick collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

1. Information we collect

When you run a free check or create an account, we collect the website address you provide and basic account details such as your name and email (including information shared when you sign in with Google). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects billing details on our behalf.

• Account data: name, email, and login identifiers.
• Business data: the website you track, your detected category and location, and the customer questions and competitors you choose to track.
• Usage data: how you interact with the dashboard and emails, used to improve the product.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run your weekly checks, generate your recommended actions, send your weekly email, provide support, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI assistants and third parties

To check how often AI recommends your business, we send non-personal queries (such as “best AC repair near me”) to third-party AI services. We share information with service providers that help us operate — for example, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting — under agreements that limit their use of it.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

5. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the weekly email using the link in any message.
• Access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us.
• Manage or cancel billing from your account settings.
