Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of AIPick. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. What AIPick does
AIPick checks how often AI assistants mention your business in response to common customer questions, and provides recommended changes you can make to be recommended more often. We provide information and suggestions; we do not modify your website or any third-party platform.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and only track websites you own or are authorized to represent.
3. Plans, billing & trials
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Free trials don't require a credit card. When your trial ends, you choose whether to start a paid plan — we never charge you automatically.
- You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
4. Honest results
AI assistants are probabilistic and their answers change over time. We report how often your business appeared across repeated checks. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation rate, or business outcome.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to track sites you don't have rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
